System engineering and commissioning on Afsluitdijk floodgate as a blueprint for other parts of the afsluitdijk upgrade with focus on PLC, HMI, Safety, network, security, hydraulics and the system architecture.

Delivering and re-engineering of several machines after acquisition of Lehmann GmbH regarding 2- and 5-roll refiners. Additionally reengineering of standard cacao press software to new software standards (TIA). Also upgrade of WinCC Server / Client configurations in production line. Several projects for this company. As last worked on highly innovative hydraulic robotic arms for modular drill pipe handling with PCS7 DCS. Worked on specification, documentation, programming, testing and offshore- commissioning and support of complex software for (key parts of) innovative ultra deep water oil drill equipment and coordination on 3rd party test simulation. Worked on active and passive heave compensation systems. Worked on complex hydraulic and nitrogen systems, redundant Siemens S7-417H PLC systems, PCS7, WinCC, redundant Citect SCADA network architectures and 3rd party interfacing. Besides this major project I did testing and commissioning for several heavy load deck-cranes, including safe pickup of load by magnets.
